Description : This publication offers a theoretical guide to transformative engagement in education. this document questions the meaning of a “responsible transformative engagement” in order to shed light on the role of education that can be taken into account by UNESCO and other education actors . This document is the result of a meeting of experts organized by UNESCO, on February 16 and 17, 2019, in Seoul (Republic of Korea), in partnership with the Asia-Pacific Center for Education for International Understanding (APCEIU) and the Ban Ki-moon Center for Global Citizens.
